LIT (Leader In Training)
Info & Application

What is it? LIT stands for Leaders in Training. We know that God made each of you with abilities and skills - and ultimately with a purpose. Through this program, we want to help you learn to use these skills, and to grow in leadership, communication, and responsibility. Most importantly we want to help you to grow in your relationship with God who made you and wants to be your guide through this often crazy life.

What will you be doing? As a Leader In Training, you are coming to serve at the camp in a very important support role. Your jobs will include kitchen help, maintenance, cleaning, work projects, helping with activities and skills, etc. We will also spend some great times doing activities together, talking about important things in life, and getting to know God better. Not to scare you off, but remember when you come that you are here to learn and serve, not for a week of holidays :)

To the Parent/Guardian:

We appreciate your willingness to allow your teen to join us in serving at PRBC this summer. We want you to know that we value your teen as an individual who is created and gifted by God. Through this program we want to be part of your teen’s growth in developing skills in leadership, communication, and responsibility. Most importantly we want to help them grow in their relationship with God and with others. We are committed to a safe environment in every way for all our campers, LITs and staff and we will take appropriate measures if a harmful situation arises. Please feel free to contact our leadership with any questions or concerns. We look forward to your son or daughter joining us this summer!
